Every success we have in life is somehow based on relationships. Likewise many failures we experience are due to the lack of solid, well established, mutually beneficial relationships. This is true in all aspects of business, friendships, family and spiritual matters of our personal choosing. If we develop a proper, solid relationship, based on a mutual trust and continued honesty, working together for common well defined goals, we can accomplish anything.

Gary Rissler left the Wyoming family ranch, married at age 16 and went to work in the oil field, building about everything they have to build. His boss saw this young man’s natural leadership, combined with his incredible work ethic and within a couple months made him a pusher, the oil field equivalent to foreman or supervisor. Wherever Gary has been since then he has taken on a leadership role and made remarkable things happen. This has included developing and managing projects, processes and departments at leading retail firms like Pier 1 imports, Tandy Corporation, Federated Department Stores and Burberry Americas and Stuart Weitzman. Gary has also been responsible for many commercial projects at Newmark Real Estate Services, Pace University, Pascack Valley Hospital and too many others to mention. While at both Burberry and Stuart Weitzman Gary was responsible for the design and construction of their corporate offices and showrooms.

The Stuart Weitzman showrooms won the 2012 Chain Store Age Retail Showroom of the Year award.
